Reltio 2026.1: Accelerate agentic transformation with trusted context.
We all want enterprise AI to move beyond experimentation and start delivering real business results. But that only happens when AI has the right context. Clean data matters—but on its own, it is not enough. To make AI work in practice, it needs a system of context that connects data, relationships, interactions, and business meaning.
That’s why at the recent DataDriven conference, we introduced our Reltio Context Intelligence Platform™ to address these challenges and provide reliable context for AI. With our 2026.1 release, we’re taking the next step in expanding these capabilities and helping teams put data to work faster.
Release overview.
Our 2026.1 release of Reltio Context Intelligence Platform is focused on enabling one clear outcome—accelerating AI and digital transformation through trusted context. With that, your teams can move faster, improve decision-making, and scale AI and digital initiatives with confidence. Our innovations are grouped into three strategic pillars, each designed to help organizations build and operationalize trusted context at scale.
Strengthening and deepening data unification for AI and digital transformation.
It’s not enough to unify structured data—you need to enrich it with critical information in unstructured data, authoritative reference data, and its meaning. Key new capabilities we added in this release include:
- Reltio AgentFlow™ Unstructured: Your organization generates vast amounts of unstructured data—documents, forms, contracts, and more—that contain valuable insights but remain difficult to use. This slows down decision-making and limits the impact of AI.
Reltio AgentFlow Unstructured solves this by automatically extracting insights from unstructured content and bringing it into unified records to provide additional context. By linking this information to entities and governing it like core data, you can reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and unlock rich insights from documents.

- Reltio Flexible Entity Resolution Networks™ (FERN) enhancements: FERN provides AI-driven matching capabilities that go beyond traditional rule-based approaches. In this release, FERN introduces three modes: enhanced discovery, data steward, and full modes. They help you improve match accuracy, uncover missed matches, and reduce manual effort—while improving data quality.

- Grouping: Traditional MDM approaches often fall short in understanding complex, large-scale relationships across entities. This new capability in our Reltio Intelligent 360™ automatically groups thousands of records into meaningful structures, such as household groups or merchant networks by region, so you can see the bigger picture and enrich your business insights.
- Reltio Zero Copy Interaction Integration from Databricks™: You can unify transactional and interaction data from Databricks with profiles in Reltio Intelligent 360 without data movement. This helps you gain stronger context within Reltio to fuel better insights. At the same time, you can eliminate costly data replication, simplify integration, and accelerate time to value.
- Reltio Identity Builder: Your teams may often struggle with fragmented, incomplete identity data across your organization, making it difficult to resolve identities and achieve a reliable customer view. Reltio Identity Builder enriches your fragmented records with decades of proprietary consumer reference data. So you can improve match accuracy, reduce unresolved duplicates, and unify your customer data into an up-to-date profile.

- Materialized hierarchy: Managing complex hierarchies is a constant challenge for your teams, especially when planning future structures or maintaining accurate historical views. Materialized hierarchy addresses this by enabling you to plan and manage large, persistent, multi-level hierarchies with future activation and historical views—all without disrupting current operations or downstream systems.
Automating data stewardship and governance with agentic intelligence.
This release expands Reltio AgentFlow’s agentic automation to handle these repetitive tasks, so your teams can focus on higher-value work. Here’s what’s new in AgentFlow:
- Reltio AgentFlow Agent Builder: As you scale AI, your challenge is building agents quickly, safely, and in a way that can scale across teams. Reltio Agent Builder enables your teams to accelerate the governed delivery of custom agents powered by trusted context from Reltio Data Cloud®, reducing development time from weeks to days through intuitive, guided workflows.

- Reltio AgentFlow Profiler: This prebuilt agent automates pre-ingestion profiling, schema validation, and mapping to tenant schemas, accelerating data onboarding.
- Reltio AgentFlow Segmenter: This prebuilt agent enables users to build and refine dynamic or nested audience segments conversationally.
- Reltio AgentFlow platform enhancements: We have several new capabilities to help you manage and scale your agentic workflows. They include always-on automated agents, governed data through the Reltio MCP server, built-in security and guardrails, LLM flexibility with BYO LLM, agent performance visibility, and intuitive guided experiences.
Simplifying activation of trusted context across AI and operations.
Our new release makes it easier for you to activate that context across AI agents, applications, and workflows—so insights drive real action. Key enhancements include:
- Reltio Integration with Confluent Cloud Kafka: This new feature enables real-time streaming of trusted data from our platform directly to your downstream systems, allowing updates—such as changes to accounts or products. These changes can now be delivered instantly, improving your responsiveness and decision-making speed.
With our 2026.1 release, we’re helping you move from managing data to actually putting it to work. It strengthens the system of context that bridges your data and AI, so you can unlock greater value from your data.
